This course gives knowledge and confidence to deal with a drug related situation. At the end of the course, candidates should be able to:

• Understand the basic law relating to drugs

• Understand why drugs are taken
• Identify the different types of drugs
• Identify drug users behaviour
• Identify the health risks associated with drug use
