New courses for Social Care Training
A range of new courses have been developed by Social Care Training highlighting and raising awareness of different conditions.
Deaf and Hearing Impairment Awareness, Epilepsy Awareness and Allergy and Anaphylaxis are just some of the courses that have been written in response to customer demands.

Deaf Awareness
The course includes:

- Strategies for working with children who are deaf
- Implications for your setting of the DDA (Disability Discrimination Act)
Epilepsy Awareness
The course includes:
- What is epilepsy
- What causes epilepsy
- The different types of seizure
- What do I do in the event of a seizure
- What are the implications of the diagnosis
- What assistance can be given to a person with epilepsy
